It is also a refreshingly unique approach to the theme.
I hope you do well in the contest!

I don't like very much the technique. I'd preferred without vector, drawing, painting or what...
Even to have more magic and spiritual atmosphere
but I like it anyway

"Live up the world before you're lived out. "

This one was actually the first (out of three) to be conceptualized in sketch, but it came up last to be vectorized.
When this one came into my mind, I couldn't stop sketching another ideas for the next few mornings. It flowed like streams.
It kept me awake until 3 a.m. when this whole thing was first started.

This one started the other two pieces in line and another that I haven't uploaded yet.
Yes, the contest is closed but for the 4th one I decided it was too ambitious. So, I've put a lid on it. At least for now.

Yeah, 28+ hours with a half-working mouse was quite something. That's why I want an Intuos4
Photoshop and Illustrator are also on my wishlist, because I only have Inkscape 0.46 to work with (it's quite nice once you get the hang of it, though)
I have tried both software while I was in college. Illustrator is especially nice to work with and I'm sure Photoshop is very great with a pen tool! Hee-hee-hee
Thanks again for the inputs, Gianni. I definitely keep them in my perspective.
